Daphina Misiedjan's research is at the interface between human rights and the environment. She deals with such topics as access to water for people and nature, air pollution, but also climate issues.
In Dutch
In doing so, she considers not only the normative aspect (i.e. which rights apply) but also how communities and individuals make use of the law. As a member of the DJA, she will focus on linking up science and society. She also considers cooperation essential throughout the entire Kingdom of the Netherlands and internationally.
